Batzenhausl

This meal was inspired by a dish I had at a restaurant called Batzenhausl. It's fairly easy to make but tastes delicious.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoonoil
6 mediumonions
0.5 teaspoonpepper
8 mediumpotatoes
0.5 teaspoonsalt
0.75 poundthinly sliced beef

Directions:

Step 1
Slice the potatoes, dice the onions, and cut the beef into little thin pieces.
Step 2
Place the onions and potatoes with oil in a frying pan. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the beef and spices. Cook until the beef is brown and the potatoes are soft.
