0.25 teaspoonbaking soda
0.5 cupbrown sugar
0.5 cupbutter
0.5 cupcrunchy peanut butter
0.5 cupcrushed peanuts
1 egg
1 teaspoonvanilla
1.25 cupwhite flour
0.5 cupwhite sugar
0.5 cupyogurt

Directions:

Step 1
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl.
Step 2
Soften the butter (40 seconds in the microwave) and mix with the yogurt until smooth.
Step 3
Add the white and brown sugar and mix until smooth again.
Step 4
Add the peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla to the mixture.
Step 5
Mix in the dry ingredients and the crushed peanuts. The crushed peanuts are shown in the picture.
Step 6
Fork onto a cookie sheet. Place in the oven at 350 degrees farenheit for 10 to 15 min. As you can see from the pictures, the cookies do not grow/spread very much in the oven.

Notes:

These cookies are really soft when warm. If you want to keep them for more than a few days keep them in the fridge, but let them warm (or microwave for 10 seconds) before eating and they'll go nice and soft again.
