1 pinchblack pepper
2 tablespoonchopped parsley leaves
1 egg yolk
1 clovegarlic, minced
0.25 cupgrated parmesan cheese
1 poundground beef
0.5 tablespoonlemon juice
0.5 cupmilk
1 tablespoonoil
1 soft whole wheat bun

Directions:

Step 1
Mix the lemon juice with the milk and let sit while you prepare the bread.
Step 2
Separate the bun into small pieces. Mix in the milk with a fork until you get a mushy mixture. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients including the bread mixture until well blended.
Step 4
Roll 1-inch meatballs from the mixture. Don't make them too big or they'll taker longer to cook on the inside, but get too dark on the outside.
Step 5
When you have enough to fill your frying pan, put the meatballs into the frying pan with a bit of oil. Cook on medium for about 10 minutes. For the first half, cover the pan so the outsides get completely cooked. Then remove the cover and turn the meatballs until they are brown on all sides.
Step 6
You may need to repeat step 5 depending on the size of your frying pan.
