1 dehydrated garlic flavored potatoes
1 kilogramextra lean ground beef
2 cupfrozen mixed vegetables
1 Italian style tomato soup
1 tablespoonWorcestshire sauce

Directions:

Step 1
Fry the ground beef until well done.
Step 2
While beef is frying, make potatoes (both packages) according to directions on package. I find using the microwave directions the quickest, easier, and most effective.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly spray a 6 cup casserole dish with non-stick spray.
Step 4
Add frozen vegetables and soup and Worcestershire sauce to beef. Spoon into prepared casserole dish. Layer potatoes on top. Sprinkle with paprika (if desired) for color. This is optional.
Step 5
Bake for 30-40 mins til hot and bubbling. Enjoy!

Notes:

The tomato soup gives a really good flavour to the beef.
