Beef Barley Soup

| 1.5 pound | boneless beef roast |
| 6 ounce | can tomato paste |
| 2 cup | celery |
| 1 cup | chopped carrots |
| 1 clove | chopped garlic |
| 1 cup | chopped mushrooms |
| 3 cup | low-salt beef broth |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 cup | pearl barley |
| 1 teaspoon | rosemary |
| 3 cup | water |
Directions:
Chop the beef into 1cm square cubes. Chop up the celery, carrots, garlic, mushrooms, and onion.
Put everything in a big pot, and lightly simmer for 1.5 hours
