This is a very easy bread recipe. I've used it to make make bread by hand and in our bread machine. Its a very healthy loaf with lots of fiber. The hand made bread is fluffier / lighter than the machine version.
Servings: 1 loaf| 0.25 cup | crushed flax seed | |
| 1 tablespoon | gluten flour (optional) | |
| 2 tablespoon | oil (canola is healthier) | |
| 1 tablespoon | poppy seeds | |
| 1 teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 tablespoon | sesame seeds | |
| 1.25 cup | warm water | |
| 3 cup | whole wheat flour | |
| 2 teaspoon | yeast | |
