1 <a href="javascript:openCalcWindow(1.00000, 'pound')">pound</a>	unsalted butter, softened
1 <a href="javascript:openCalcWindow(1.00000, 'teaspoon')">teaspoon</a>	vanilla extract

Directions:

Step 1

Cream butter with vanilla in a mixer.

Step 2

Sift together icing sugar, cornstarch, and flour. Mix into mixer with butter.

Step 3

Shape cookies on a cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 15-20 min at 350F.
