Whipped Cream Icing

This is a delicious icing for any cake - but it's pure fat.

Servings: 1 cake (double recipe for a layered cake)

Ingredients:


4 <a href="javascript:openCalcWindow(4.00000, 'tablespoon')">tablespoon</a>	icing sugar
1 <a href="javascript:openCalcWindow(1.00000, 'cup')">cup</a>	whipping cream

Step 1

In a mixer whip the cream on a high speed. Add the icing sugar. Beat the cream until it has formed solid peaks.

Step 2

Spread the icing onto your cake. Double the recipe if the cake is layered.
