Pesto

Pesto is a great addition to pasta, or as an appetizer that can be served on crackers. This recipe makes enough pesto for about 400g of pasta.

2 large	garlic gloves
6 <a href="javascript:openCalcWindow(6.00000, 'tablespoon')">tablespoon</a>	olive oil
0.5 <a href="javascript:openCalcWindow(0.50000, 'cup')">cup</a>	parmesan cheese
2 <a href="javascript:openCalcWindow(2.00000, 'tablespoon')">tablespoon</a>	pine nuts

Directions:

Step 1

Put everything in a food processor.

Step 2

"Blend" it until it is of an even consistency.

Step 3

Pour into jars, or put directly onto cooked pasta.
