Ingredients:

1 cupBite-sized pieces or strips of red or green bell pepper
1 tablespoonHoisin sauce
2 tablespoonJarred jalapeno pepper slices
0.25 Medium onion, cut into bite-sized pieces
10 ounceMedium, precooked frozen shrimp, tails removed
1 tablespoonOrange Juice
2 teaspoonPeanut Oil
0.25 teaspoonRed-pepper Flakes

Directions:

Step 1
Heat the oil and pepper flakes in a medium-hot skillet, and then add all the remaining ingredients except the shrimp. Cook the mixture 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add the shrimp and cook 2 to 3 more minutes, stirring frequently. Serve over brown rice.
