1 cup | Bite-sized pieces or strips of red or green bell pepper |
1 tablespoon | Hoisin sauce |
2 tablespoon | Jarred jalapeno pepper slices |
0.25 | Medium onion, cut into bite-sized pieces |
10 ounce | Medium, precooked frozen shrimp, tails removed |
1 tablespoon | Orange Juice |
2 teaspoon | Peanut Oil |
0.25 teaspoon | Red-pepper Flakes |
Directions:
Heat the oil and pepper flakes in a medium-hot skillet, and then add all the remaining ingredients except the shrimp. Cook the mixture 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the shrimp and cook 2 to 3 more minutes, stirring frequently. Serve over brown rice.
