Homestyle Turkey/Chicken Casserole

This casserole can be made with either leftover chicken or leftover turkey. It also contains mashed potatoes, veggies, and a creamy sauce.

2 cupcooked chicken/turkey
1 14 oz. cancream soup (chicken or celery)
2 cupfrozen vegetables
2 cupmashed potatoes
0.33333 cupmilk


Step 1
Boil 2 cups of potatoes (4-5 medium sized potatoes) and mash them
Step 2
Mix the frozen veggies (fresh veggies can be used optionally), milk, and cream soup in a 2L baking dish. Stir.
Step 3
Add the mashed potatoes on top, and sprinkle with paprika
Step 4
Bake for 350F for 30 minutes, or until it is hot and bubbly


A tablespoon of garlic can also be added, and it can be topped with cheese.Recipe provided via
