Easy Beer Stew

A very thick stew, great in the winter!

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

1 bottlebeer
7 largecarrots
1 quartcream of tomato soup
2 poundeye round roast
1 tablespoonground pepper
2 largeonions
6 mediumpotato
2 mediumsweet potatos

Directions:

Step 1
Cut the beef into cubes. Place in a large roast pan with the beer.
Step 2
Cut the onions into 8 pieces each. Peel, wash, and cube the remaining vegetables.
Step 3
Place all the vegetables in the roast pan along with the remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Cover and cook in oven at 350 F for 3 hours or until everything is cooked.
