0.25 cupparsley or 2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1.5 cupred or green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoonsalt

Directions:

Step 1

Step 2
Stir in remaining ingredients, heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Notes:

It's a good idea to make up the whole recipe, use what you need for a meal and freeze the rest in single portions in resealable sandwich or freezer bags. Later when you need a quick solution for dinner, take one of the portions out of the freezer in the morning or the night before and thaw in the fridge. Then at dinner time, put in a sauce pan and heat at simmer to medium-low heat until thawed and warm throughout. Then just add it to your favourite pasta and you've got a quick dinner.Recipe provided via www.MeanMeals.com
