Silky Chocolate Cheesecake

Amazingly rich, yet (relatively) low fat chocolate cheesecake. It's baked, but should actually be done a day ahead for best results. Perfect for entertaining.

Notes:

A food processor is essential for best results. Using a mixer or mixing by hand will just not get you the creamy, smooth texture that is so good. There are approximately 200 calories per serving.Recipe provided via www.MeanMeals.com
