Skillet Chicken & Pork Saute

Ingredients:

0.75 pound | Boneless Pork - cubed |
3 tablespoon | Butter or Margarine |
1 | Chicken Breast |
0.75 cup | Chicken Broth |
2.5 cup | Cooked Rice |
3 tablespoon | Cornstarch |
2 tablespoon | Golden Raisins |
1 half | Green Pepper - diced |
1 half | Small Onion - diced |
2 tablespoon | Soy Sauce |
1 medium | Tomato - diced |
Directions:
Shake cubed pork & chicken in plastic bag with cornstarch (gallon sized ziploc bag works best).
Melt butter in large skillet. Add meat to hot skillet and brown on all sides.
Add onion and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add green pepper, tomato, broth, soy sauce and raisins. Cover and simmer 25-35 minutes or until pork is tender.
Spoon the hot cooked rice onto a serving platter. Top with saute and serve immediately.
